    No, you do not have to create an account. You can easily checkout just by adding in your delivery details without creating an account.

    No. We are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. Our products are not tested on animals.

  • How should I incorporate BA KENE products into my skincare routine?
    We recommend starting with our basic routine of the washing your face with our power powder and then applying the glass skin moisturiser to leave your skin hydrated and richly moisturised.
  • Can your products be used together with other skincare brands?
    Our products are formulated to complement most skincare routines. However, if you have specific concerns or conditions, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist.
  • Where can I purchase your products?
    At the moment, our products are available for purchase on our official website only. We offer nationwide shipping from as little as R75.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please make sure to check your order before it is placed.
  • I put the wrong address in my order. What should I do?
    Please be careful when entering your shipping address. BA KENE will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Kindly reach out to info@bakene.co.za to check if your order has already been shipped.
  • Do you offer returns?
    We do not offer returns on any opened items. We can only offer a return on items delivered within 24 hours of logging the return. Please log a return by contacting us at info@bakene.co.za.
  • I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?
    Please visit contact us at info@bakene.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. please provide your order number with your inquiry.
  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
    We gladly accept returns of unopened items within seven days of the delivery date
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At this time, we primarily offer shipping within South Africa. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options in the near future.
